Mr. Grinder graduated from the University of Memphis with Bachelor of Business Administration in 1973. Mr. Grinder joined the firm at its inception and has held position of Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager with the company. Mr. Grinder is currently Chief Financial Officer of the firm. Mr. Grinder is a past board member of the Memphis Humane Society and listed in Memphis Business Quarterly's Players in Construction.

Mr.Grinder graduated from Memphis University School in 1991, Cum Laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1995, and was an Office Engineer with Beers Construction Co., Atlanta, GA from 1995-1996. Mr. Grinder joined the company full-time in 1996 as an Estimator and Project Manager.  Mr. Grinder serves on the Board of Trustees of Memphis University School, Board of Trustees of The Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, and is a past Trustee for the Board of the West Tennessee Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Mr. Grinder graduated from Memphis University School in 1997, Cum Laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering in 2001, and was an Office Engineer and Estimator with the Winter Construction Company, Atlanta, GA from 2001-2002. Mr. Grinder joined the company full time in 2002 as an Estimator and Project Manager. In 2012 Mr. Grinder was elected to the Board of Directors for the West Tennessee Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.  Mr. Grinder was elected 2014 Chairman of the Board of Directors for the West Tennessee Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.

Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction.  Mr. Smith joined the company in 2006 and as Vice President of Operations, oversees and coordinates field construction.
